Questions, answered directly

What buyers usually need to establish.

Which Meraki platforms does CDS manage?

MR wireless access points, MS switches, MX and vMX security appliances, and the associated Meraki licensing.

Can CDS take over an existing Meraki environment?

Yes. The service model covers new Meraki deployments and takeover of an existing Meraki estate, using the same five-stage transition: prepare, identify, transition, evaluate and enrich.

Is 24x7 monitoring included?

No. 24x7 network monitoring is optional and tiered rather than included by default. Business-hours support sits in the Essential package, and 24x7 coverage with dedicated escalation governance is an optional add-on.

Can one service be taken without the others?

Yes. Access, SD-WAN and Security can be taken individually or combined into a complete cloud-managed branch and campus operations model.

How is the service priced?

Pricing follows per-device, per-site, tiered bundle, add-on, or project plus recurring operations models. The applicable structure is confirmed after scoping — no standard price list applies.
